Evelyn Alcántara is a Miami-based Cuban-American artist, engineer, author, and entrepreneur whose work bridges art, education, science, and cultural exploration. Drawing from her unique perspective as both an engineer and multidisciplinary artist, Evelyn creates educational experiences that encourage children to see the world with curiosity, empathy, and imagination. Her Color Voyage series transforms traditional coloring books into immersive journeys where every page introduces new cultures, remarkable places, fascinating wildlife, architecture, music, food, geography, and traditions from around the world. Believing that creativity is one of the most powerful ways children learn, she designs every book to inspire curiosity, celebrate diversity, and encourage lifelong exploration. Through Eholian Integrated Artists, Evelyn continues developing educational projects that connect art with science, travel, and global learning while inviting children and families to discover the extraordinary beauty found across our world.
